Ophelia was the best hairdresser I’ve had in a very long time. She was really sensitive to the fact that I was scared to chop my hair off (to breathe some life back into it!) and put me at ease immediately. She did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend her to anyone! The treatment seemed to work wonders too and made it very good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and made pleasant conversation. However, it had been snowing and the salon had no heating so was very cold (especially with wet hair). I also felt the haircut was very rushed, I wasn’t asked if the length/ cut was ok at the end and I was never shown the back of the cut with a mirror. It was strange I was rushed seeing as I was the only one in the salon. Unfortunately I would not recommend again.
