I had to wait for ages and the whole place was so busy they didn't have anywhere to wait but apart from that it was fine

I’ve rated this a 3 not because of the quality of the haircut but because I waited for an hour from my original appointment time for the hairstylist and still did not manage to get a haircut on the day of my appointment. Instead I agreed to come back for a new appointment the next day. When I eventually managed to get a haircut, the stylist was very attentive and understood what I was looking for. She did a really great job and I’ve got plenty of compliments from the new cut.

The salon had issues on the day resulting in my appointment being moved to their other branch in Covent Garden - it was therefore extremely busy as they had double the number of clients and so the ambience was not very relaxing. However I thought they coped well with a difficult situation and were very apologetic. I am very happy with my hair and I would go back!
