Had to wait 20 minutes. Hairdresser didn't listen to what I requested and I left not noticing any difference. Waste of money, don't recommend.

Highlights were good but the hairdresser overtoned my hair. When I got home realised I actually had grey and purple streaks in my hair 🙁

The haircut was good but the "luxury conditioning treatment" was either not done or so similar to a normal conditioner I wouldn't opt for it again.
