Nice, friendly staff (I had Joseph), thorough service, conditioning treatment was a nice touch and blow dry was great and not rough as I have experienced in other salons. Only negative was that the hair wash basin was missing the sponge support and so very uncomfortable.

Hair dresser persuaded me to get a hair cut after Brazilian blow dry. I actually liked my hair after the treatment but hair cut ruined it all. She made my hair quite short and it broke my heart. Very unskilled hair dresser and charged me 40£ for just a dry cut as you cannot wet your hair for 48 hours after treatment. Not happy with the suggestion my hair dresser made. I regret it should have said no.

The highlights were done well, I wasn't happy with the haircut and I didn't like the attitude of the hairdresser. I was in this place a few times before and everything was always fine so I am giving it 4 stars as I know it is usually good.
