Such good value for amazing service. I had a haircut with Leine and she rescued my hair, she knew what I wanted better than I did and did such a great job - I can't recommend her/Gusto enough!
I in total made 4 booking on the same day for my friends and myself.
The stylists are fine, I have no complaints to them. But the Thai reception staff was rude.
1. the reception staff moved my 15:30 booking half and hour earlier without my consent. I have to call them saying that we cannot make it.
2. I discussed with the stylist about the new style, then she sent me to have hair wash. I was told the price will be different during hair wash. I wish they could have told me earlier cause I basically had no choices but agreeing as I was already in the middle of the shampoo.
3. The reception staff moved my friend's 17:55 booking to 16:55, also without our consent. Although she did ask about it, we rejected because my friend was working until 17:30. The reception staff however still moved our booking. When my friend came at 17:55 on time, she was told that she missed the 16:55 booking and cannot have the haircut. We said we didn't agree that but the reception staff just keep saying "what do you want, you missed the 16:55 booking"....I was literally speechless. We were not trying to be demanding but just want to have the service done in the time slot we booked. We did nothing wrong. We booked in advance properly on Treatwell. I could have had much better service in other hairdressers for this price. To summarize this is the worst haircut experience I have ever had.
