I’ve never had a Brazilian blow dry before but so far have been really impressed! My hair is normally pretty wild but I’m enjoying the sleekness and it’s much easier to style than it used to be! Only criticism is you have to pay extra if your hair is “long”...my hair is shoulder length so was an extra £10 but if it’s longer than that it’s £20. Just worth being aware of.
I love my new haircut, it was cut really well, even though I went in without a clear idea of what I wanted. They seemed a little rushed, but I think they were short staffed, so the process of washing my hair and having a mask treatment wasn’t as relaxing as I would have liked - they also didn’t say which mask it was/what it does. But overall I’m really pleased, and I accidentally booked for mid-length hair when I should have booked for long and the hairdresser didn’t charge me extra for it which was a bonus!
I loved the customer service i felt looked after very individually by lovely kind lady that colored (shame on me, I forgot her name)!
I am happy because i was understood in term of the color that i wanted.
My hairdresser was not very friendly. She didn’t really listen to what I wanted and cut a lot more off than I had asked for. She layered the front of my hair, which I don’t think suits my face but I suppose is the most straightforward haircut. I asked for her advice on style and she didn’t really have anything to offer me. She seemed unsure with her scissors and inexperienced. Finally, she has accidentally chopped very short layers into the front of my hair line whilst trying to shorten my fringe. I now can’t wear my hair up as I have stupid short layers hanging around my face unevenly. I am not impressed, I should never have spent £36 on a haircut.
