It has been very good experience. The staff is lovely. The haircut worths the money. I got a £32 offer. One thing - the treatment is a bit disappointing. I thought it is some heating treatment, it turned out to be a conditioner treatment. So it’s really a haircut and blowdry.

Once again the treatment worked really well which is why I keep going back to Gusto, however, this is the second time I arrived on time to my booking and the salon was not 'ready' for me. First time was back in March when I found myself in front of a store that was still under renovations and I was asked to go to the Covent Garden salon. Second time this past Saturday when my hairdresser didn't show up to work. However, they did find someone to do my hair and she did a very good job.
