Honestly, I probably wouldn’t come here again. I felt like I was ‘just another customer’ for my hairdresser. Also, I was charged extra money for my hair being longer - which seems ridiculous as my hair is medium length. Also my ‘hair wash and deep conditioning mask’ was literally one light shampoo and then a light amount of mask. It was pretty measley. I also have never ever witnessed someone cut my hair in the way my hair dresser did - it was so slow and almost far too precise. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted either, and it felt like she was just criticising how the hairdresser before had cut my hair rather than just getting on with it. Won’t be returning I don’t think.
