I had a full head colour and really enjoyed the treatment. The stylist was experienced and matched the colour I did a few months earlier and covered all the grey hair. I would recommend this place.

I had a full-head colour with a "rough" dry and was really happy with the final result. I was looking for a red tint that has a natural effect and the stylist did a great job at finding the right shade. She gave me plenty of advice on what suits me best and mixed different shades of red to give me a natural look. My appointment was at 7pm and they welcomed me with a glass of fresh juice and popcorns. During the treatment I was offered more drinks and popcorns and the entire team made me feel at home. The rough dry is very basic and my hair was still wet but I didn't mind as it was a warm summer evening when I left.

I’ve had lots of different staff at Gusto and never been disappointed with cut or treatment. The staff don’t fluff around and they tell it like it is but they are thorough and spot on.

The hair is always good but it's a no frills venue for sure. Didn't even get offered a drink in the whole 3 hours I was there! You never really feel that a whole lot of effort is going in. It's really cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for

Pricing is misleading which was disappointing as I ended up paying more money when I was there despite pre-paying! Things felt a bit frantic at times so not the most relaxing of experiences, felt there it was a rush to get me back out the door. My hairdresser was friendly but didn’t find staff on the whole that welcoming. I was pleased with the overall result but wouldn’t rush back due to the other reasons.
