Lovely haircut and blow dry by Cristina, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave recommendations. Really pleased with my haircut and conditioning treatment and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don't like giving negative feedback but I feel honesty is the only way to go. Besides, hopefully one can only grow from constructive criticism. My appointment started on time, which is a positive. The hair washing chair is ver uncomfortable, and the neck rest is quite hard on your neck. The person washing my hair spilled water all over me - not the usual droplets here and there, a lot of water. The hair cutting cape smelled really bad...could use a wash. The haircut was not what I was expecting, the stylist could have made more of an effort in taking the time to listen, but the blow dry was good. All in all probably would not come back or recommend.
