The haircut was fine, I'm happy with the way it was cut, however, the hairdresser was mean about my hair. The hairdresser kept making rude comments throughout the whole haircut and I left there feeling really upset. Will never go back to this place, no matter how good they say the keratin treatment is.

I’ve always had my hair cut by my sister so was nervous finding a salon since moving down to London. Joseph is absolutely lovely and very experienced. He made me feel so comfortable, double checking I knew what I wanted (I was having quite a lot taken off), talking me through what lengths would suit my face shape best, etc. Also the hair conditioning treatment has made my hair feel like SILK—I can’t stop touching it. Thank you!!

The haircut was decent but my hairdresser felt the need to lecture me throughout my stay about how the style I chose wasn’t right for me. Not a pleasant experience.

i was a little disappointed with the service i received. i paid for a root touch up and blowdry. then when i got there she told me the root touch up didnt include toner so id havw ti pay an extra £15 for the toner. she asked if i needed the blow dry, i was thinking as then she would do the toner instead of the blow dry so i said thats fine. so she just rough dried my hair- it looked terrible! and then i had to pay an extra £15 for the toner. i could have argued but i didn't want to be embarrassed. but they knew i had pre paid for a blow dry so they should have done it! or rough dried it but then gave me the toner for free. ao i felt completely robbed. my hair looks nice though but its a little orange looking. so even that wasnt the best. i feel like it would usually be a lot better but because i got it cheap they didnt do as good jon as they usually would. and they definitely scammed me.
