My experience was so great! Joseph made me feel at home straight away, offered me a drink, I felt at total ease from the minute I walked into the salon. He cut my hair just how I wanted it and offered perfect advice to make it look just how I wanted. Joseph I will be back :) thank you!!!

overall not great experience. wanted a £36 treatment and haircut.
cleanliness not good used hairbrush with there people's hair on.
have a treatment but no heatprotection went on to dry my hair damaged for 25 minutes. didn't show my hair in a mirror in the end. on top of all had to pay 4£ extra due to my length when all I wanted was a trim no layers no nothing. felt like a ripoff. the cut was okay but what can you expect from a trim. at this stage wouldn't go back. please work on general cleanliness and customer service.

As always Emile is so talented. He turned my hair from a bedraggled mess (bad root situation and split ends) into a sleek blonde chop and I love it. He’s very patient and focused and takes real pride in his work. I saw lots of other people leaving the salon with great hair too but for me it’s Emile all the way.
