It was alright. Haircut itself was good and the hairdresser was nice. I can see why people have given it bad reviews - it's small, I wasn't offered a drink (no one was from the looks of it) and the receptionist did look a little clueless. That said for £30 is great value for money and the cut itself was good, which is all I'd gone for.

This was my 4th or 5th visit to the salon and I've always been happy with the experience however disappointed on this occasion. My hairdresser left me for almost 20mins in the uncomfortable hair basin while consulting the client after me. when finally returned to my chair she left again for a further 5 or more minutes to continue their discussion with little apology or explanation. Subsequently my appointment took 90mins for a wash and cut, rather than expected 60mins & my cut wasn't as I'd requested and unfortunately I find it hard to critise, and nod & smiled that everything was fine. Sadly not sure if I'll go back.
