Very rough use of the towel on my hair which a hairdresser should know not to do, it made it so frizzy. Again, rough use of brushes and combs, pulling at my hair and making the newly cut ends very split! The thought of putting popcorn out is lovely but with all the hairspray landing on it I didn’t want to eat it.

Having moved to London a month ago, I found the perfect place for a proper blow dry. Gustos is such a welcoming & friendly place. Emile was amazing, he exactly delivered the haircut I was expecting to get done. Will be returning. Thank you.

Experience overall wasn’t great, was the first appointment of the day and staff was late. No towels either which is strange for a hairdresser, although the staff managed to come up with a solution in the end. Haircut was fine but overall the whole experience was a let down.

TONER NOT INCLUDED IN COST.
Pros; good location, offered hot drinks, wine, juices
Cons: Paid for ombre/cut/blowdry through Treatwell app and paid online prior. Hairdresser ran through the options and also told me I had two choices of either a toner or something else more expensive that would be an add on cost. I questioned this and again at the end. I have had the same situation with another hairdresser before who states on their description that there may be an extra charge if toner is required. Although this may not apply to everyone, this should be added in the details. If I had known that there would be extra money to pay on top of this expense, I would have reconsidered.
Hair colour looks brassy and skin tone hasnt' been taken into account, haircut is average. As a result, I have had to wear my hair tied up since my visit.
