Sara was great. The ambiance was good and I looked around and some people had great hair. I liked my hair too. It’s definitely good, but not amazing, though, amazing can’t be expected at this price. Staff were warm and welcoming except young guy who couldn’t stop looking at himself in the mirror. Another woman stormed out because she hated her hair colour. Other than that the experience was enjoyable. I’d think I’d go again for the good value.

They ruined my hair. It was so bad, 6 months later other hairdresser keep asking me where did i get my hair ruined. Worse hair lightener, burnt hair (had long hair had to chop it off over the shoulders), patchy. On top of everything the hairdresser got defensive.
