Very busy salon so maybe not a relaxing vibe. But it was a Saturday in Soho. So what did I expect!? Lovely staff. Good blowdry. Very fair price. Only problem being the appointment time had been brought forward and I was only informed by email. Thankfully I know now to check my emails during the day if I book through treatwell again.

The staff were very friendly. Early morning appointment was a bit slow but at the end was fine. I booked a luxury conditioning mask treatment but in reality I didn't receive it. Instead I just had a usual conditioner and rinse. It's a shame because I had it last year!
