A nice colour in the end but didn’t seem to understand what I wanted and I didn’t feel she was overly experienced. Lovely blow dry and I did end up likely the colour.

This was the worst hairdressing experience in my life.. My hair is weird colours.. extremely dry.. I bought an extra treatment, but after I washed my hair it became soo dry.. Even when I had an bleached omre before, it has never been like this.. I coloured my hair at home before.. also it hasn’t been like this.. I asked the hairdresser what colour brand they use, and she told me “something like Wella”.. didn’t even mentioned the real brand… So my hair now is few shades of orangey brown.. (I wanted light brown) extremely dry, and about the haircut… I don’t have words to describe how bad it is.. Also I heard that the hairdresser was from an agency?!? NEVER AGAIN….

Had a great morning in gusto! My hairdresser was so lovely and chatty. I usually hate having my hair cut but I’m always happy after a trip here!
