The lady that did my hair was nice but she was running late. Told me it was going to be 20mins but it was more than 40! Then when I chose my colour she went at the back, to return after 5mins and tell me they didn’t have the colour I had chosen. A natural brown, what salon doesn’t have a natural brown? She didn’t suggest any alternatives and said she had to go ask the hairdresser next door. Didn’t ask me how I wanted my blowdry, proceeded to do a sleek straight spending 5 mins with the blowdryer and 10 with a flat iron that pulled all my hair. Kept saying it wasn’t her fault she was running late and I get it, but I said she could’ve called. She said I had no option but to wait. Seriously? Overall colour was ok. Won’t be returning back. This is my first bad review I have ever written but I hope it will help them offer a better service.
