I had the keratin treatment nearly 2 weeks ago and Joseph was my hairdresser. Arrived at time of appointment and was offered refreshments straight away (thanks for the wine!). My hair is thick, long and has ringlet type curls = difficult (addn charge of £30). This treatment involved a wash, blow dry, keratin application, another blow dry & finished with straightening (just under 3 hours in total). Joseph is fantastic and although my hair is difficult, he completely reassured me that my hair would look incredible when I left - it did! The staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease. My hair still looks and feels great & is so much more manageable now. Thanks for making me feel 10/10! x

At first I had many doubts as my hairdresser had a lot of opinions of what could suit me or not, and hesitated as it was my first time. Well, thank god I listened to her because I LOVED IT! It was exactly what I wanted even if I didn’t know how to explain it.
I saw they offered tea or water to other clients and I wasn’t offered anything. But I was there to get my hair cut not to have tea, so I wasn’t that bothered.

Went for the first time last Friday and Sari was great! She suggested somthing on my face shape I hadn’t thought of and I loved it. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t have a bad word to say.
