This was my first time visiting - they had called me up the day before to see if I could come in earlier which I could by 30 mins only to not be seen earlier but my designated time. Hair can be difficult at the best of times but I didn't get the hair colour result as expected. Water was freezing when they washed my hair and couldn't raise the temperature. After my colour and cut they had left my ends completely fried and straw like that I had to deeply condition the next day to fix the damage. Everyone was pleasant but note that at busy times it is quite claustrophobic.

I had to wait for about 15 minutes past my appointment time and the hair washing was quite rushed but Laini was at least thorough with my haircut (it was a simple trim but she made sure I was happy with it). I wish she would have asked how I wanted my blow dry (I would have liked some curls but she just did it straight and by the time I realised this, it was too late to ask her to change the style). It is a good value for money though, and there is only so much you can expect given the very reasonable price so overall I am OK with my experience.
