Given a different hairdresser to the one I’d picked when booking. 15 minutes late to start. Water was scalding when washing my hair and went all down my back leaving me soaked through. Forgot to rinse the treatment out so then had to go back to the sink again. No one saw my hair before it was washed so couldn’t properly see what I wanted. Was then given another different hairdresser who asked me for a picture as he didn’t understand the couple of inches I wanted off. Was very rough especially when blow drying and burnt me a couple of times. Hairdressers spoke Greek to each other the whole time which made me feel uncomfortable. Left with very damp clothes. Hair cut ended up ok but I definitely would not go back considering the very poor experience.

A bit of a mixed review for this salon. I was happy with the colour, treatment and blow dry, my hair looked fab and felt amazing at the end but the staff need to work on putting their phones down. There was no interaction with customers because the stylists were on their phone every minute that they weren’t tending to a treatment and the price I was originally quoted ended up being £37 more than the original price. Don’t know if I’d go back to be honest.

Rakula did a fabulous job cutting my hair and listening to exactly what I wanted in the cut. It came out perfect and I really appreciate all the effort from the staff to not only deliver a great haircut but make me feel welcomed in the salon. I'd definitely recommend this salon, and especially Rakula, to others.
