The haircut is fine, but my fringe was cut in the opposite way to my specific request (i specifically wanted a blunt cut and it is feathered which I really don’t like) and the blow dry was also different to what I asked for. The hairdresser was nice and it was good value.

The blow dry was really good.
There was an additional charge, because they consider my hair long, which I wasn’t expecting and the description on the app could have included how they define this.
My hairdresser was really lovely, the rest of the staff seemed very grumpy.
The salon isn’t new and looks worn, the products also look like they came from Boots, this is not a luxury experience but it the finished product was good.

Went there last Sunday for a package with few highlights but they end up suggesting doing a balayage instead (I've agreed and they charged £60 on top of the package).
I am disappointed with the result, it is not terrible but my hair are really yellow, they rushed the toner and I've been wearing my hair in a bun since. I'll use purple shampoo later this week as it is not recommended to do it too close from the colouring. Globally, staff was lovely and I liked the salon atmosphere, but I wouldn't go there again for my colour.
