Not impressed. My hair was not even washed after the product was left.
it lasted 3 weeks. Had to pay 20 extra pounds because I had long hair.

I recently visited the salon for a second consecutive haircut (I booked the hair wash, conditioning treatment, cut & blowdry). I was left waiting for a long time to have the treatment washed out, about half an hour, and I could smell cigarette smoke & oranges on the hands of the person who did so, which wasn't very pleasant. I then had my haircut by Emile who was lovely but cut off about double the length discussed, which has left me feeling really, really unhappy with my hair.

They are so busy that they need more chairs, I had my hair done on a plastic fold up chair. Highlights are good but I feel a little longer should have be spent on the haircut as I found whips of fringe missed out that I needed to trim myself when I got home. The lady who cut my hair was lovely. I believe the rushed haircut was due to an earlier client being late (I was seen 20mins late) and the next client was waiting as she was cutting my hair. Having said that I will come again but on a less busy day.
