Probably the worst haircut I’ve had in a while. I understand for the price it’s good for central London but I would recommend paying a bit more and getting a better service. I have long, curly black hair and the hairdresser took two mins to cut it straight. When I said oh I have layers too she then took another two minutes to pluck random bits off the top of my head and cut them shorter and quite straight. I could have done all of this myself. It does not suit curly hair at all, it looks like a brush at the bottom it’s all cut far too straight. When I kind of hinted that I didn’t like the haircut she implied there was not much else she could do to it. There is - because I’ve had the same hairstyle for years and had MUCH BETTER haircuts!! I think because they’re so busy at the salon they don’t take much care in what they’re doing any more. The hair treatment was just something random they put in my hair after washing then washed out after a few minutes. I will be letting this haircut grow out a bit and getting it done again somewhere a lot better. A shame because I normally only need to cut my hair twice a year.

It was lovely, Raluca was very nice and friendly. It was a bit painful when she was untangling my messy hair during the process of getting ombre but the final result was beautiful.
