I read the reviews for Gusto as the price was great and so tried them out. I initially went to the Soho branch and unfortunately had a bad experience - the hair cut I got was from quite a moody female hairdresser who didn't listen to what I wanted and gave me a terrible haircut. However, I have given 4* as when I wrote to the manager I received a fantastic service and had the cut rectified by someone else. I was given a lot of care and attention and my complaint was taken very seriously. Thank you for what ended up being great service after a bad beginning experience.

Fantastic blow dry and very quick. Atmosphere of the salon wasn’t fantastic - very crowded and rushed, but other than that absolutely brilliant and great value for money. Staff were also lovely and very helpful.

I tried this place because it was really well ranked! do not recommand it at all because :
1. no drinks was brought to me (isn't it the minimum?!)
2. the hairdresser kept talking, i could not read magazines !!!
3. the hairdresser asked me how old I was!!!! seriously ?! so rude
4. the brushing was not nice as what I had in another place (no volume in my head)

Emile was amazing! He gave me the best highlights i've ever had, taking great pains to weave them in as naturally as possible, and cover up a dodgy job i'd had done elsewhere. The cut is lovely too – I've had lots of compliments since, would definitely recommend!
