Christina cut my hair. It was a good cut, she listened to me, was really nice. She asked me how I wanted it blow dried and I said she could do it however she liked so she did it with curls which took her extra time but she looked happy to do it. Salon was nice and friendly

Extremely happy with the service at Gusto Soho. I went into the salon for a complete re-style so there was a little apprehension but the stylist Raluca knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't need to go into too much detail and she seemed to have a lot of experience too. I absolutely loved the haircut she gave me and I will be back in future. Thank you so much, I would never have known about this gem of salon without this service.

When I arrived no one greeted me or asked my name. I was told to sit - so picked a random chair as no waiting area. They begun over 10 minutes late. My hairdresser was bickering with his coworkers about the computer working. The toilet was downstairs in a dodgy massage parlour. My hairdresser never asked my name or told me his and was extremely cold and unfriendly throughout. He barely asked what I wanted nor offered any advice. I spent the whole time panicking he was going to ruin my hair. I’m pretty sure the ‘conditioning mask’ was just some conditioner left on for a few mins whilst he played in his phone. I have 0 idea how this place a has a good rating. Hair seems fine but I don’t care I left in such an awful mood.
