the whole experience was rather stressful and that's down to the hairdresser. you want a hairdresser's advice but he didn't offer any just said it's up to you. he also didn't blow dry to how I wanted it, despite showing a picture of how I had blow-dried it myself and basically said "we got taught three ways of blowdrying so I can't do that."
