I paid £36 for a haircut that should've been at least an hour, only took 30 min did not get what i asked for. not worth the money.

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and quite informal. Good central location. Quite a few staff sitting around not working (watching videos on their phones / singing / chatting) - wasn't an issue for me but reflects the informality of the salon!

The issue I have with ALL hair salons is the terribly loud music they play. I want to feel relaxed for 3-4 hours and due to the music, I leave stressed and not appreciating the time I've spent on myself. Surely I'm not the only one but I may be. I like my stylist Rahluca and would recommend her as she's very warm and caring. I was happy enough with my hair cut and colour but again prefer to be more blonde but next time - gotta do something about the music tho.

Sary is honestly the best. I can’t recommend going to her enough. I got my hair balayage style and cut and she did such an amazing job. I have black hair and it look 3 and a half hours to do (it was only supposed to take 2hrs 15mins) and she never rushed the process, took her time and made sure it was right. I got there at 6pm and did not leave until way after the store closed! I had also gone in for a consultation beforehand and we spent ages discussing what would suit me the best and she gave great advice
