The reviews were right! I haven’t been to a hair salon for years following countless bad experiences, so I took a leap of faith! Previous good reviews mentioned Sara, and they were definitely right! She instantly calmed my nerves, she’s kind, gentle, attentive. Extremely knowledgeable about hair care and cuts, so I definitely felt I was in good hands! She showed me how much she was taking off during the cut to calm my nerves. Honestly walked out feeling that was the best hairdressing experience ever! I will definitely be making this my permanent hair salon!!

What I received on the day was not Inoar keratin treatment that was advertised on Treatwell. It was done completely differently. Felt like cheap Brazilian blow dry alternative. My stylist was good. Not keen on the atmosphere- it was a dingy little place and not sure how clean things were. Afterwards my hair was not rinsed as with other Inoar treatments I’ve had many times. My stylist made an excuse that this worked better but I can’t imagine it’s good to go against the manufacture’s advice!! It clearly says on the Inoar website and their products to do this step. Anyway the effects of the treatment lasted about a month and is now washing out. Unlikely to come back although it was cheap so I guess that’s what you get!!
