The haircut was good however I only booked a wash and cut online. When I arrived I receievd a wash, cut and blowdry and then at time to pay I was told that I should be paying more as I receievd a blowdry. I found this a bit awkward especially as this was not my mistake, it was the hairdressers. A bit unprofessional.

An utterly disappointing experience. Didn’t get the foamy feel of my hair being shampoo washed. The quantity of the applied mask was questionable as well (despite paying for it). The hair product brands on Treatwell are not visible let alone applied at the salon. Cut was ok but I have straight long hair. Styling was average
