The stylist spent some time advising what colour is possible to do based on my current hair colour unfortunately the options were not my choice as I didn’t realise my choices would be limited but anyway we came to an agreement eventually. I was abit surprised to hear the comment she made about my hair- she said it was so greasy (it wasn’t ) but even if it was it’s not professional to make such a comment. Whilst the colour was being applied some colour dripped onto my face and lips she offered a towel but didn’t apologise. When washing my hair she got water all down my back! I was soaking wet! When I said ‘oh my tshirt is very wet’ once again I didn’t get an apology but a snappy ‘well I told you to sit further back’ I was not happy with such poor customer service. I left quickly after paying only to realise there was a lot of hair colour left on my hairline and sides, the stylist was sloppy in her technique unfriendly and unprofessional.

Felt rushed at this branch, previously had many great experiences at the Covent Garden branch. But there were no appointments available here, so came to Soho instead but unlikely to return despite the good haircut.
