The haircut was really good but the salon was not very clean and the hairdresser arrived too late. I had an appointment at 11am and the hairdresser literally just arrived at this time.

The ladies were really nice, but we had an in depth discussion regarding the treatment I wanted before it began, and she said she wouldn't burn my scalp with bleach.
I've been bleaching my hair blonde for a while, and I've never been through the pain I did in this treatment. The bleach was put in my hair and left in for an hour - noone told me how long it would be, I had to ask. When the toner was put in and my hair was being washed my scalp was in awful agony - literally burning. When I mentioned it, I was told it was normal.
As a result, I now have super flaky skin on my scalp and it looks like dandruff.
BUT the end result in terms of colour was perfect, just the burning that let the experience down. Also there was a added cost of 17 that wasn't disclosed beforehand which I think is a lil bit snakey.
