I booked in for full head of highlights but was pressured into paying extra for balayage instead. They then also claimed that I had to pay extra for toners and extra for my hair length which I'd already paid extra for on the website menu (?). I'm not sure whether this is done on purpose or if there is just some mismatch with their instore prices vs. treatwells listed prices.
I must admit though that I am very happy with my colour and cut. And overall I enjoyed my salon experience very much. I just feel that demanding extra money the second a cilent walks through the door isn't the best practice. It made me feel a bit embarrassed. Hopefully Gusto and Treatwell can sort this confusion out or at least make all the extra costs 100% clear.
