Unfortunately this visit to Gusto was extremely disappointing. I had booked for a treatment, wash, cut and blow-dry. When I arrived they told me that I booked the wrong hair-length so would need to pay £5 more (which I understand but also feel is a complete rip-off as longer hair needs less styling IMO). I then had to wait for the stylist to finish her other customer and she said if I wasn't fussed about getting a treatment it would be quicker and I would have to pay the original price. I ended up not having the treatment, a wash, or a blow-dry for the same price (as in the price I paid online and was told well I wouldn't then need to pay for the extra price for longer hair.) She straightened my hair and cut the ends in literally 2 sweep cuts and then did the smallest amount of styling on front. I was in there about 20 minutes and came out thinking what on earth have I just paid for.
