The highlights/colour I’m pleased with but the cut was very rushed & done when my hair was dry, I wasn’t offered a blow dry or styling and the conditioning treatment was on for a couple of seconds - I’m not sure it was a treatment and likely just conditioner. Staff were friendly but a touch unprofessional arguing with a customer on the phone and then someone else on/off for quite some time. My appointment was pushed back for half an hour which I didn’t mind but I was disappointed that this meant my own appointment was cut shorter and rushed.
I would recommend the colour and highlights but I personally wouldn’t go back based on the cut, or overall experience - my hair looked a bit of a mess when leaving and I felt really uncomfortable during the appointment.

Really good, my cut is exactly what I asked for, my highlights are great, just a few that are slightly warmer than the rest but my hair is very dark and stubborn to lift - overall very happy and the price is great. Even got a glass of rosé which was so lovely.

No complaints! My stylist was lovely and attentive and did a great job. The space itself was a bit crowded and the music was a bit obnoxious, but I think that was due to it being a particularly busy time.
