It was a fairly busy Saturday and unfortunately my original stylist called in sick so they initially cancelled my appointment. However after explaining I really wanted it cut that day, they did what they could to meet me in with limited staff (I think even calling in someone else). Which was very nice - to fix a mistake that wasn't really their fault. I had a stylist called Natalie, who first of all gave me an amazing consultation, talking about the best way to cut and style my hair. She was friendly and chatty, spending alot of time perfecting the look. Could not recommend enough! Especially if like me you struggle to know what to ask for and end up always getting the same 'trim' at other hairdressers. Super happy with the result :) will deffo be recommeding to friends and returning.
