Really wanted to love it, but the products were questionable and the treatment was anonymous which didn't fill me with confidence - they didn't have an answer when I asked what the treatment would do for my hair. I didn't get asked how I wanted me hair blow dried - they just assumed and assumed wrong. The haircut was rushed and not thorough enough, sadly! :( The team seemed really nice though.
