Not a great hairdressing experience although I did find the overall service to be positive. The place is clean but not very welcoming, there is only one chair by the door to sit on and rest of the people had to wait. The welcome hostess was very friendly and funny and offered drinks, as well as apologised for the delay in getting my hair washed.
Haircut and blow dry was very disappointing, I gave the hairdresser some ideas and pictures I had saved but the result was far from what I was expecting! Messy cut on bangs that has now left me with a pair of unmanageable hair that require 100% more effort to style. Even leaving the salon I was not feeling like I have just left the salon, hair was not styled as expected. She used hair straighteners and not hairdryer, it just didn’t feel like I have gotten anything for the money I paid. Maybe it was because I had booked with a discount.
Would not recommend and would not return, very disappointed and my hair was not properly looked after.
