The worst hair colouring experience I’ve ever had. Left colour all over my forehead, ears and neck. I asked him to clean it and he just complained that he tried to take it off and it wasn’t coming off. I cleaned it up later by scrubbing it with nail polish remover. I had a full head colouring done and my roots weren’t even covered everywhere. I usually do my roots at home and do a better job than this.
My jacket was kept in a closet for the duration of the treatment, it came back with black spots all over. The staff were bickering among each other. Overall a very unprofessional experience.

How can a trim go wrong?
So like many of these reviews my experience was similar for just a trim to get rid of the dead ends. My appointment was meant to be 45 minutes and I was out in 15. He literally just cut the bottom layer, refused to trim my other layers and frame the face, also didn’t even check whether the length was symmetrical... which I have found that it is not. So overall I will not be returning here. And need to find somewhere good to go now to sort this out!
