I guess you get what you pay for. It was a discounted package and I was very much made to feel that I was that type of customer. Saying that I got a good set of highlights but it felt very rushed and unorganised as there were two of us with the same hairdresser and the same time, and compared to normal relaxing hair salons where you are made to feel looked after and cared for it was a bit lacking. She was hilarious though!

Went in with a certain idea but was 'advised' by the hairdresser to opt for completely different color and style which cost me about 75 quid more than I had paid already. Even a few days later, i'm not certain it's growing on me.
