My hairdresser Sara is very professional and nice. She discussed with me and helped me to find the hairstyle I want. The overall experience is very good. I would definitely go there again next time.

I enjoyed the service and the outcome overall. However, it wasn't the best I've had. I am not sure if the conditioning masque was even done, the wash was a quick wash, the hair drying was rough and hurt, and the entire time it smelt as if he had just taken a smoke. Whilst little things did bother, I would come back as I liked the haircut and all the hairstylists seemed like experts knowing what they're doing, and the price was great.

Overall really good haircut, was quick and thorough and listened to what I wanted. For the price it's a good haircut in central London. Only thing I was a bit disappointed at was I booked a 8:15pm haircut, to be run on the day saying if I could switch to 8pm (completely fine). when I show up at 7:55pm, I end up waiting until 8:20pm for a haircut and no drink offered during my wait! Small thing but would have appreciated starting the haircut on time, especially as I was asked to change times.
