The venue itself it really lovely. However, I wasn't totally pleased with my haircut as it wasn't what I'd asked for (it was much shorter and with a middle parting - despite the fact I'd continuously said I have it on the left side). The staff also seemed somewhat disorganised. Firstly, another client arrived shortly after me who had supposedly booked the same slot as me. Secondly, I was charged extra at the end of my appointment as apparently I hadn't booked a wash and cut, so they 'had to charge me extra for the wash' (despite the fact the staff checked the compute and told me that I would be having a wash and cut at the start of the appontment). All of these small logistical mishaps made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Terrible experience. I paid for a haircut and wash but because the washing station was full, the hairdresser said she’d cut my hair dry. She did it in less than 5 minutes and I was still expected to pay for both services. Haircut looks blunt and poorly done. Won’t be returning.
