Second time I’ve been back here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great value for Money and they really listened to what I wanted doing. Amazing highlights and lovely staff. Always asking if you want anything and if your happy. Couldn’t recommend more

I’m stunned. I booked the wrong thing (full head colour and cut and blow dry instead of full head highlights and cut and blow dry) and was grateful when they said they’d do my highlights. However the hairdresser basically decided she didn’t have time to do a blow dry OR cut and has just sent me packing after 1.5hrs in the chair, with wet and untrimmed hair! She rough dried it briefly, asked if I anted to continue...I declined bc there was no product used so the rough drying was making it really frizzy. she clearly couldn’t be bothered so I left with wet hair feeling crap and having paid £130 for the privilege!! Just to recap - that’s £130 for a full head highlights and a toner only. I would not recommend this experience to others!
