Worst experience. I had booked a wash, cut and treatment that was supposed to last 50 minutes, the appointment only lasted around 30 minutes. The hair dresser asked me how short I wanted it cut and as I was unsure of the length he basically said that he wouldn't cut it again if I wanted it a little bit shorter as this would take too long (I have a bob cut, not exactly the longest hair). He never asked simple questions such as where my parting is or if I wanted anything else done, he asked how short and that was it done. The hair dresser was very rude and made it an uncomfortable experience. Would not go back again

The cut at Gusto was fine, the highlights not so great. They add more money for what they deem your hair length to be, and toner is also on top. So do expect to pay more at the end of you appointment.
