Sary was lovely and caring as always. She took her time to understand what kind of blowdry I wanted. She made me feel at ease, washed my hair properly and not rushed me. The blow dry was exactly how I wanted. I can't wait to book another appointment with her.

The end result is nice although my hair turned out too grey. The staff could be more friendly and some staff members wrestle a little too aggressive when pursuing procedures with hair.

Tina did a great job - I felt she really spent time understanding my hair type and how I usually styled it, and gave me great tips for haircare & styling as she went along. I liked the cut when I left the salon, and having now washed it at home I still really like the cut! Great value for money and really convenient for a lunchtime hair cut.

I was generally pleased with the haircut, but dissapointed with the experience overall. I waited 15 minutes before I was seen, which I would have been fine with if I still had the same amount of time allocated to me. Unfortunately I didn't and my appointment was over in half an hour. I asked for a bouncy blow dry, but she clearly didn't have time so she rough dried almost all of it before curling the ends in the last five minutes. The styling fell out within half an hour of leaving the salon.
