Hairdresser ignored what I asked for (just a trim) and ended up cutting off inches of my hair. I stopped her when I saw what she was doing but it was too late. She was pretty rude about it too, saying I should have stopped her earlier.

It's taken me a few weeks to muster the courage to post this review, but this is the worst haircut I have ever had. I've been before and loved the result so had no second thoughts in booking again. However, I wish I didn't. The uneven cut I received is awful, not only shorter in the back, I asked for it to be even and the front not to be left longer this time, but there are parts of my hair that are clearly different lengths, a wonky haircut is not something I think anyone would want! The half arsed attempt to do layers on one side is terrible, I asked for no layers as it gives me a triangle head and asked for it just to be thinned at the ends, again something which was not done. My hairdresser was clearly distracted, talking to another customer and was not paying attention to my hair, it would have been fine if the end result wasn't so dire. And then the blow dry... I'm 26 but somehow was aged by 20yrs by a blow dry that made me look as though I am in my 40s!! That wouldn't have been so bad if the haircut itself was of good quality, but felt like it was an attempt to hide the mistakes, with the hairdresser telling me how great of a job he did! Just really disappointed and honestly a bit sad, as I booked this as a real treat to myself and now I've just wasted my money and my confidence is ruined! Safe to say I won't be coming back again
