I waited 1h at the salon because they were late (15min can happen, but 1h...). The receptionist apologies few times and suggested me options (wine, discount) so thanks to her... then they ask me to show a picture of what I wanted and pparently it wasn’t an highlight but a Balayage (so before booking be aware about the difference), they refused to do the balayage because of the price difference. I am happy with the result anyway, but waiting 1h without complaining, as a hospitality professional, I would have give to the customer what he came for.

I had a GREAT experience here! Joseph was wonderful – funny, friendly and a absolutely brilliant hairdresser. The salon was cute, well located and full of lovely people. I've already booked my next appointment!

Very friendly bubbly hairdresser and funky little salon with unusual and interesting decor. Hope they are able to spend more time next time eg on styling after cut (was bit rushed) and giving a bit of a head massage when shampooing - these add value. Overall great experience, would visit again and found the hairdresser really lovely 😀
