The most rushed and disappointing ‘wash, haircut & luxury hair mask’ ever experienced. No idea what was luxury about the hair mask but I’m pretty sure it was just conditioner. Haircut was just a quick snip snip. Everything done in less than 40 minutes. The hairdressers didn’t even bother to ask what I thought or give me a mirror to see from behind. Also they’ll catch you out with this ‘long / extra long’ hair thing. Why on Earth does it make a difference. Daylight robbery in my opinion. I thought I was getting a great deal here but absolutely not.
