The appointment was very rushed.The place is TINY, chaotic & cluttered.Yiannis looked at my hair and added extra money to my cut (beware).The wash was rushed & very basic.The 'luxury hair mask' was basic conditioner given how my hair felt afterwards.The cut was rushed & he seemed very distracted so I had to really watch him.I was not given a mirror to see the back of my hair.He threw on a mousse which made my hair brittle. No clue about curly hair. Its been in deep conditioner ever since.
