Joseph was great and really informative. He also mentioned I’m not allowed to wash my hair for 48h, but his explanation made sense and I followed his instructions and very impressed with the results. My only feedback is that they offer it for guys with short hair, yet they don’t have thin straighteners in the salon which seems a bit counterintuitive based on the service provided.

The appointment was very rushed.The place is TINY, chaotic & cluttered.Yiannis looked at my hair and added extra money to my cut (beware).The wash was rushed & very basic.The 'luxury hair mask' was basic conditioner given how my hair felt afterwards.The cut was rushed & he seemed very distracted so I had to really watch him.I was not given a mirror to see the back of my hair.He threw on a mousse which made my hair brittle. No clue about curly hair. Its been in deep conditioner ever since.
