We had a disagreement over the length of my hair which forced an additional charge which is ok but then the hairdresser forced an up sell of a toner which I told her I didn't want, I expressed this before she started so she should'v offered alternatives to avoid this extra cost.
I like my hair but don't love it and the curl dropped within an hour.
Overall the hairdresser was nice but I felt like I was in a sales environment rather than an enjoyable experience which wouldn't entice me to return.

Thank you to Christina for fixing a terrible haircut I'd been growing out for 6 months! She listened, and the results were so much better than I could ever have expected.The only downside was the unexpected additional cost for Olaplex and Toner (there was no option to pay for Medium Hair Olaplex on Treatwell so I chose the short hair option. Upon arrival I was charged an extra £15 for having 'long' hair and £17 for toner...my hair isn't long! It just brushes my shoulders.) But overall happy!
